SC04-60纺机绿聚氨酯半光磁漆  
  1、组成  
  　　该漆由聚氨酯树脂、颜料、有机溶剂等经研磨调配而成。
  
2、性能：  
　　该漆为单组份型。具有施工方便，保存期长的特点，漆膜干燥快、硬度高、丰满度好、光泽柔和、耐水、耐湿
热性能优良。能在室温下自干，也可烘干。
  
3、温度  
　　该漆根据ZBW90007-90《纺织工业部涂装标准》的要求研制并生产的，是纺织机械涂装的专用涂料，也可用于车辆、
农机、机电、家具等钢材、铸件和木制品表面的涂装。

5、检验规则：  
　　按Q/320500 ZQ01-90《涂料产品检验规则》执行。
  
6、标志、包装、贮存和运输  
　　按Q/320500 ZQ02-90《涂料产品标志、包装、贮存和运输规则》执行，有效贮存期为一年。
  
附录 A 施工参考  
1、纺机产品的涂装工艺请按ZBW90008-90标准执行。
2、但组份聚氨酯面漆的施工
1）该漆配套底漆可用醇酸底漆或环氧底漆。
2）该漆使用前首先将漆充分搅拌均匀，然后用溶剂将漆调整到合适粘度，即可施工。
3）施工时可以采用刷涂、喷涂、浸涂等方法，以喷涂法施工效果最佳，施工时前的一道漆膜干燥后才能进行下一
　道漆的施工。施工场所的温度应控制在4-30℃，相对湿度不大于85%。
4）漆膜在室温能自行干燥，如在60±5℃烘干，可缩短实干时间，并提高漆膜的性能/
5）施工粘度控制：a、刷涂30-40秒（℃）
　　　　　　　　　b、浸涂15-20秒（℃）
　　　　　　　　　c、喷涂20-30秒（℃）
　　油漆施工粘度可用专用稀释剂调节。
6）油漆开桶使用后，用剩的油漆请以松节油或200#溶剂油盖面，防止结皮。

under baking.

The paint is formulated and manufactured to meet the needs of ZBY90007-90" the DecorationStandards of Textile Industry Ministry".It is specially
designed for the decoration of textilemachinery.Also,it is suitable for decorating the surfaces of steel stuff,casts and woodworks ofvehicles,agricultural machinery,machinetools and furniture.

The storage life is one year.Appendix Application Directions.

1、The decorative processes of the products of textile machinery is performed as ZBW90008-90standards.
2、The application of mono-component polyurethane topcoat.
1)Alkyd or epoxy primer may form a complete setwith this top coat.
2)Before used,the paint should be mixed thoroughly and then adjust to a suitable viscositywith solvent.
3)Brushing,spraying and dipping are available,but the best way is spraying.Next process can only be done after the last film dried.The environment
temperature of the applying site shouldbe controlled within 4-30℃and the relative humidity is no more than 85%.
4)The paint film can dry at the room temperature.If baking at 60±5℃,the complete dryingtime may shorten and improve the performance of the paint film.
5)The viscosity control under application
a.Brushing 30-40 seconds at 25℃
b.Dip-coating 15-20 seconds at 25℃
c.Spraying 20-30 seconds at 25℃
The paint-applying viscosity may be adjusted by the special thinner.
6)When the drum uncovered,the surface of remainder of the paint should be covered with a littleturpentine oil or 200# solvent oil to prevent from skinning.
