1、组成 |

该漆是由环氧树脂与植物油酸酯化后，分别与氧化铁红、锌黄等颜料和体质颜料研磨，并加如助剂、溶剂调制而成。
|

| 2、性能： |
|
漆膜坚硬耐久，附着力良好，若于磷化底漆配套使用时，可提高漆膜的耐潮、耐盐雾和防锈性能。
|
|
| 3、用途 |
|
铁红环氧酯底漆，适用于涂覆黑色金属表面；锌黄环氧酯底漆，适用于涂覆轻金属表面，它们还适用于沿海地区和湿热带气候之金属
材料的表面打底。

| 5、使用说明 |
|
（1）环氧酯底漆有铁红、锌黄环氧酯底漆用于黑色金属表面打底；锌黄环痒酯底漆用于有色金属表面打底。
（2）涂漆前，除去金属表面的锈迹、污垢，再涂一曾磷化底漆，施工前必须将该漆搅拌均匀，用二甲苯和丁淳混合溶剂稀释，喷涂和
刷涂均可施工，漆膜干燥后，用水砂纸打磨，干后再涂刮腻子或涂面期。

| 6、标志、包装、贮存和运输 |
|
按Q/320500ZQ02-90《涂料产品标志、包装、贮存和运输规则》执行。有效贮存期为一年。

| 1、Composition |
|
It is formulated with plant fatty acid esterfied with epoxy resin,inorganic pigments such as iron oxide red or zinc chrome yellos ,extenders,additives
and solvent. |

| 2、Performance |
|
The primer film is characterized by high hardness,durability and fine adhesion.If used with phosphate primer,the film performance may be improved in
resistance to moisture,salt-fog and corrosion. |

| 3、Application |
|
Iron-red epoxy ester primer is suitable for application on the surface of ferrous metallic stuff.
Zine-yellow epoxy ester primer is suitable for application on the surface of light-metallic stuff.
Both of them ate suitable forapplication in the coastal provinces and humid-hot areas. |

| 5、Application directions |
1)Iron-red epoxy ester primer is usually applicable to prime on the surface of fettous metallic stuff,and zinc-yellow primer applicable to prime on the surface of
light-metallic stuff.
2)Before application ,be free from rust and greasy dirt on the metallic surface and keep it clean,then paint a course of phosphate primer on the surface.
3)Stir the primer(Iron-red or zinc-yellow)thoroughly,then dilute it with the thinner composed of xylene and butanol to the proper viscosity for brushing or spraying.
4)After dried,rub the film with abrasive paper for further puttying or finishing.

The storage life is one year.
