FLUOROCARBON RESIN FINISH is a two component glossy finish coating, which has a excellent performance of aging-resistant result from both outdoor lighting and atmosphere, salt-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, etc., as well as good anti-contamination and physical performance.

Intended uses

Recommended for coating on the steel structures which need corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant, aluminum or ferric alloys, outer wall of high-class building.

Application Details

Application Method: Air spray, brush, roller

Air pressure: 3 kg / cm 2

Mix Ratio: Part A : Part B = 8 : 1

Pot Life: 6 h at 25 ℃ in order to prevent from gelling.

System Compatibility: Steel structure ------ zinc rich epoxy primer, Micaceous iron oxide epoxy intermediate coating, fluorocarbon finish coating

Outer wall for building ------ primer, putty, oily primer, fluorocarbon finish coating

Surface Preparation

1. All metallic surface to be coated should be firstly abrasive blasted and free from impurities such as rust spots, grease, water vapor; then coating primer, zinc rich epoxy primer is recommended, overcoating a layer of micaceous iron oxide epoxy intermediate coating in 24~28 hours. Prior to final fluorocarbon finish coating, the intermediate coating should be thoroughly hard dry.

2. Any outer wall of building should be kept dry before application and coated with close primer, cover unevenness with putty; As the putty dry, to coat oily primer , finally to coat fluorocarbon finish coating.

Application Precautions

1. Prior to application, this material should be thoroughly agitating and filtering for free of pigment deposition occurred during storage.

2. This material is supplied in two components (part A and part B) as a unit. Always mix a complete unit in the proportions specified. Once the unit has been mixed it must be used within the working pot life specified.

3. While pausing, thoroughly flush all equipment with thinner, thereby to prevent from plugging by cured material.

4. All surface to be coated should be clean and dry. Surface temperature must always be a minimum of 3 ℃ above dew point. Consequently keep away from condensation which will be affected to the film adhesion performance, glossy and colour of coatings.

5. As this product contains the V.O.C. solvent, in confined spaces must provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.

Storage

Storage Condition: Store in dry, shaded condition away from shining and heat source.

Shelf Life: At 25 ℃ part B 12 months minimum and part A 6 months minimum. As to those paint, which is over than shelf life but is inspected well just then, is permitted to be still in the use.
