CORROSHIELD HIGH BUILD CHLORINATED RUBBER PAINT 4355 is one component anti-corrosive coating, which has performances of Fast drying, good adhesive strength, tough film and excellent water-fast and all-weather. Suitable for use at low temperature down to - 20 ℃ .

Intended uses

CORROSHIELD HIGH BUILD CHLORINATED RUBBER PAINT 4355 is mainly used for topcoat. Suitable for highway, railway, container, power plant, steel factory, dock, chemical plants, pipeline, super storage tanks, tankers for rail way and bridges and other kinds of steel structures.

Colour: Red, grey, white, etc. Mixed with normal pigment.

Volume Solids: 55%

Specific Gravity: 1.1 kg / litre

Typical Thickness: 50 macrons dry equivalent to 100 macrons wet

Theoretical Spreading Rate:

10 m 2 / litre at stated d.f.t and volume solid above. Practical rate allow appropriate loss factors.

Dry to touch: ≤ 2 hours

Fully Cured: ≤ 6 hours

Flash Point: 25 ℃

Surface Preparation

1. For primed surface, this product will be applied as soon as dry to touch. For the surface to be coated for much more time, ensure to be cleaned and free from contamination such as grease, inorganic salt, duct, etc. And must be applied after fully drying.

2. For applying this product solely, any surface to be coated should thoroughly be cleaned and free from contamination such as grease, inorganic salt, duct and so on. And then abrasive blasting to Sa2-1/2 (ISO8501-1:1988), or manual / power tool cleaning to St 3 (ISO8501-1:1988).

Application Precautions

1. This material should be constantly and thoroughly agitated during spraying.

2 Surface temperature must always be a minimum of 3 ℃ above dew point. Consequently keep away from condensation which will be affected to the anti-corrosive performance of coatings.

3. CORROSHIELD CHLORINATED RUBBER ANTI-CORROSIVE PAINT 4355 contains the V.O.C. solvent, in confined spaces must provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.

Storage Condition: Store in dry, shaded condition away from shining and heat source.

Shelf Life: 12 months minimum at 25 ℃ .
