1、组成 |

该产品是由蓖麻油改性季戍四醇醇酸树脂、着色颜料经研磨而成的色浆（乙组份）和甲苯二异氰酸酯预聚物（甲组份）所组成。使用时
按甲：乙=1：1（容积比）调匀成为色。
|

漆膜色彩鲜艳，光亮丰满，坚韧耐磨，耐热耐水，兼有较好的装饰性和保护性，性能优异。

| 5、使用说明 |
|
等容积甲、乙组份混合，调和后成为色漆。稀释剂为二甲苯，配成漆后可使用时间为4小时。如在冬春季施工，可酌加二月桂酸二丁
基锡催化剂，促进漆膜干燥。甲组份启用后，应立即关紧。
本品可刷涂亦可喷涂。涂刷用漆，以一道算为6㎡/kg 漆。家具、地坪、机器一般需涂2-3道。用多少漆配多少。不宜多配而放置不用。
两道施工间歇一般为3-24小时。
配套底漆为虫胶漆（木材用）或H06-2环氧酯底漆（金属用）。所有底漆必须是漆膜干后不溶于二甲苯，上底漆不宜过厚，封底即可。
被涂物表面活施工现场较潮湿请勿施工。施工过程中，本品不得接触水、醇、胺、酸类化学品。工具请及时清洗，以免干结。

|
按Q/320500ZQ02-90《涂料产品标志、包装、贮存和运输规则》执行。有效贮存期为一年。

|
| 1、Composition |
|
The product is formulated with two separated components:One (group A) is the prepolymer of tolylene diisocyanate(TDI);the other (group B )is a
grinded colour paste which is composed of modified pentacite with castor oil and colour pigmengts.
Mix up group A and B with the volume ratio A:B=1:1 befor the product is used. |

| 5、Application directions |
Mix up the same volume of group A and B into colour paint .Xylene is the thinner .The paint is valid for 4hours after it is formaulated.When it is applied in
winter or spring,dibuty1 tin laurate catalyst should be added in to promote dry of the paint film .Group A should be tight after using.
Applied with spraying or brushing.If applied one course ,the paint 's spreading rate is 6㎡/kg.Furniture、floor and machinery usually need .Don't formulate
it too much and put it aside .The pause time betwen two courses usually is 3-24 hours.
Shellac primer (for wood )or H06-2 epoxy ester primer (for metal )may form a complete set with this paint .The used primer shouldn't dissolve in xylene after
the film dried ,Note the primer needn't be painted too thick ,cover with it will do .
If the painted surface or environment is damp,no applying ,the object should keep separate from water and chemicals such as amine 、alcohol and acid.
Tools should be cleaned up in time for fear of dry and hard.

The storage life is one year.
